Payment may be made by the following methods:

• Cheque or postal order made payable to Allegro Music
• Credit/debit card ( with number and expiry date) - Mastercard, Visa, Amex, Maestro ( with issue no. ) and the last 3 digits of the security code
  
• Pro-forma invoice
• Invoice ( Only available with written order to Organisations and LEAs )

Postage will be charged at the following rates. All items are sent by First Class post ( UK only ):

Returns Policy

All goods are sold as firm-order only and we will not accept returns of goods supplied correct to order unless they have been authorised by us.  This does not apply if the goods are faulty.

Organmaster shoes may be returned for exchange without any prior notification. Shoes must be returned in perfect condition with no marks or creases within 30 days.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
